Commercial Roofing

 

JorCo Construction offers certified roof installations of serveral different systems including:

  • Single Ply by Duro-Last Roofing Inc and Carlisle Roofing Materials.
    These systems work well for low or flat pitched roofing and can be ordered specifically for the roof application, minimizing human errors, that may cause leaks.  These roofing systems are better equipped for expansion and contraction, making them superior to 'tar based' products.  Made of white polymer products, these systems reflect the heat, saving on energy costs.

  • Metal Roofing Systems by Duro-Last Roofing Inc, Reeds Metals Inc and McElroy Metals Inc.   These systems come in a variety of colors to coordinate with your building.  The panels are made of heavy gage steel, and have minimal color fading to last a lifetime.  Offering systems in 'standing seam' as well as 'R panel', both of which provide flexiability in pricing, while offering outstanding durability.

We provide an inspection by the manufacture's certified roofing representatives, prior to completion, at no additional charge.

Residential Roofing

 

JorCo Construction offers qualified roofing installers for many different systems:

  • Architectual Shingles provide a 3 dimentional design.  They are thicker than conventional shingles and come with a 30-year, 50-year, or lifetime warranty, depending on the manufacture. These shingles provide a better quality for residential customers.

  • 3-Tab Shingles come in a variety of colors and provide great protection for your home.  These shingles come with a 25-year manufacture's warranty, and with certified installers, leaking is not an option.

  • Metal Shingles provide a look of ashpalt shingles, while giving the durability of metal.  For a cost not much more than typical asphalt shingles, these shingles have a variety of warranty options.  With hidden fasteners, this system provides an excellent option for long-term performance.

  • Residential R Panels are metal roofing panels secured with rubber gromments, which provide a water-tight system for many years.  Available in a variety of pricing options, they can easily fit in to any budget.
