Expert Roof installation in Athens, AL
A new roof installation is one of the most important decisions you make for your home. At Jorco Construction, we handle full roof installations for homeowners in Athens and across North Alabama, including Huntsville, Madison, Rogersville, Killen, Florence, Muscle Shoals, Cullman, and Scottsboro. Athens sits in the Tennessee Valley, where spring storms bring high winds and hail, summer heat pushes humidity into attic spaces, and rapid temperature swings stress roofing materials season after season. A properly installed roof accounts for all of that. We assess the full deck before any material goes down. Flashing is set tight at every penetration, valley, and wall intersection. Underlayment is laid to create a real moisture barrier, not just a formality. Dale started Jorco Construction to build something meaningful in this community, and that shows in how we approach every job. If your Athens-area home needs a new roof, call us to get started.

FAQ
Roof installation FAQ
Common questions about roof installation in Athens, AL.
A full installation is the right call when damage or wear covers multiple sections of the roof. Spot repairs on a roof with widespread deterioration often lead to repeated problems across Athens homes.
Yes, we serve homeowners in Huntsville, Madison, Rogersville, Killen, Florence, Muscle Shoals, Cullman, and Scottsboro. If you are outside Athens, we can still come out and assess your roof.
Walk the perimeter of your home and look for shingle debris, granules near downspouts, or dents on gutters and metal surfaces. Any of those signs means your roof needs a professional look before the next rain event.
The Tennessee Valley sees high winds, hail, heavy spring rain, and high summer humidity that all stress roofing materials in different ways. Installation in this region needs to account for each of those conditions, not just one.
Yes, Jorco Construction handles roof installations on new construction as well as replacements in Madison, Florence, and across our full service area. Reach out to discuss your project.
Correct fastening patterns, properly lapped underlayment, and sealed flashing at every joint are what separate a roof that holds from one that fails after the first big storm. Jorco Construction treats each of those steps as non-negotiable on every Athens-area installation.
